It was on this day that the 35W bridge collapsed, and affected an entire state. I know, I live in minnesota and I have traveled that strip of highway before. It is kinda creepy really.

Now one year later, the new bridge is almost totally up. Hopefully I would be able to get some pictures of it here soon. It is amazing what government / taxpayer funded road construction can do when they put their backs into it. Finally our money is being put to good use.
